Postmortem of the Ledger change output bug

Ledger is now safe to use provided the user is:

  1. Using GUI v0.14.0.0 (or CLI v0.14.0.2)
  2. Using Ledger Monero app v1.2.2
  3. Using Ledger Live firmware v1.5.5 or v1.6.0

Dots churn software is now available for testing.

It is being discussed how this software will improve user churn ability. USE ONLY ON TESTNET for now, and do not trust the software with your anonymity and privacy yet.
