Nick Mathewson ded6d9fcb4 Run test_operator_cleanup on our unit tests 
Coccinelle doesn't understand it when we use "==" and "!=" and so on as
arguments to macros.  To solve this, we prefer OP_EQ, OP_NE, and so
on.

This commit is automatically generated by running
./scripts/coccinelle/test_operator_cleanup over all of the source
code in src.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
