Nick Mathewson db21e91f4b Remove "ADDR_ONLY" mode from channel_get_*_remote_descr. 
This mode was only used in one place, and it caused a dangerous
mingling of functionality.  The method is supposed to _describe_ the
peer's address, not give its actual address.  We already had a
function to get the actual address.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
