Nick Mathewson c82cc8acb5 Add a failsafe to kill tor if the new exit code doesn't work. 
It _should_ work, and I don't see a reason that it wouldn't, but
just in case, add a 10 second timer to make tor die with an
assertion failure if it's supposed to exit but it doesn't.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
