David Goulet 839bc4814e test: Add testcase setup object for test_cmux 
Also remove a scheduler_init() from a test and MOCK the appropriate function
so the test can pass.

This is done in order to minimize initialization functions in the unit test
and try to only go through the testcase setup object.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
