Nick Mathewson 398bef2592 Define SRCDIR more correctly in configure.ac 
Without this fix, we were just getting SRCDIR=`pwd`, which naturally
was breaking out-of-tree builds.

Bugfix on becae4c943969a4f4f14423cc897d39f41af7773; bug not in any
released Tor.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
