Nick Mathewson 33bb1c5fca connection_or_set_identity_digest(): handle zero ed_id better 
It looks like our code actually assumes (by dereferencing it in a
log call) that ed_id will _not_ be NULL, but rather will be a bunch
of zero bytes.  Refactor the code accordingly, and stop using NULL
tests on ed_id.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
