Nick Mathewson 16c5a62a66 Add more error checks to socks parsing code 
Suggested by Linus to avoid uninitialized reads or infinite loops if
it turns out our code is buggier than we had thought.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install
