o Minor features:

    - Don't bother trying to connect to addresses that we are sure will
      resolve to 127.0.0.1: Getting 127.0.0.1 in a reply makes us think
      we have been lied to, even when the address the client tried to
      connect to was "localhost." Partial fix for bug 2822.
