Start getting freaky with openssl callbacks in tortls.c: detect client ciphers, and if the list doesn't look like the list current Tors use, present only a single cert do not ask for a client cert. Keep track, for each OR connection, of the last time we added a non-padding cell to its outbuf. Use this timestamp, not "lastwritten" to tell if it is time to close a circuitless connection. only one hop (e.g. for the current tunnelled connections that use
begin_dir), and use_begindir if we mean to use a BEGIN_DIR relay
