d288704023 Avoid tor_fragile_assert() failure with DNSPort on RESOLVED_TYPE_ERROR 
The tor_fragile_assert() bug has existed here since c8a5e2d588
in tor-0.2.1.7-alpha forever, but tor_fragile_assert() was mostly a
no-op until 0.2.9.1-alpha.

Fixes bug 19869.

32926b008b dns: Always enable DNS request for our DNSPort 
Commit 41cc1f612b introduced a "dns_request"
configuration value which wasn't set to 1 for an entry connection on the
DNSPort leading to a refusal to resolve the given hostname.

This commit set the dns_request flag by default for every entry connection
made to the DNSPort.

Fixes #20109

265e40b481 Raise libevent dependency to 2.0.10-stable or newer 
Only some very ancient distributions don't ship with Libevent 2 anymore,
even the oldest supported Ubuntu LTS version has it. This allows us to
get rid of a lot of compat code.

0ca3f495c6 Fix dnsserv.c assertion when no supported questions are requested. 
The problem is that "q" is always set on the first iteration even
if the question is not a supported question. This set of "q" is
not necessary, and will be handled after exiting the loop if there
if a supported q->type was found.

6d0991ea08 Give no answer, not NOTIMPL, for unsupported DNS query types 
According to reports, most programs degrade somewhat gracefully on
getting no answer for an MX or a CERT for www.example.com, but many
flip out completely on a NOTIMPL error.

Also, treat a QTYPE_ALL query as just asking for an A record.

The real fix here is to implement proposal 219 or something like it.

Fixes bug 10268; bugfix on 0.2.0.1-alpha.

Based on a patch from "epoch".

d643487cc2 Initial support for AAAA requests on DNSPort. 
This is imperfect, since it sends back whatever we would send to
a socks RESOLVE request, when in reality we should send back whatever
was asked for.

6596aa022f Implement protocol-type isolation correctly. 
Previously we'd just looked at the connection type, but that's
always CONN_TYPE_AP.  Instead, we should be looking at the type of
the listener that created the connection.

Spotted by rransom; fixes bug 3636.

1d3c8c1f74 Add a new isolation type and field: "nym epoch" 
The "nym epoch" of a stream is defined as the number of times that
NEWNYM had been called before the stream was opened.  All streams
are isolated by nym epoch.

This feature should be redundant with existing signewnym stuff, but
it provides a good belt-and-suspenders way for us to avoid ever
letting any circuit type bypass signewnym.

ea0a9b16b9 (Unused) backend logic for stream isolation 
This patch adds fields to track how streams should be isolated, and
ensures that those fields are set correctly.  It also adds fields to
track what streams can go on a circuit, and adds functions to see
whether a streams can go on a circuit and update the circuit
accordingly.  Those functions aren't yet called.

cfeafe5e77 Use a 64-bit type to hold sockets on win64. 
On win64, sockets are of type UINT_PTR; on win32 they're u_int;
elsewhere they're int.  The correct windows way to check a socket for
being set is to compare it with INVALID_SOCKET; elsewhere you see if
it is negative.

On Libevent 2, all callbacks take sockets as evutil_socket_t; we've
been passing them int.

This patch should fix compilation and correctness when built for
64-bit windows.  Fixes bug 3270.
