teor	57ff8d4a53	practracker: Read unicode files when using Python 2 ... Allow the "practracker" coding best practices checking script to read unicode files, when using Python 2. Nick Mathewson	dc6d7f072d	Make foo_validate() functions call config_validate(). ... The former foo_validate() functions are now toplevel legacy_validate_fn callbacks.
