Add the entry point from the circuit subsystem of "circuit has opened" which
is for all type of hidden service circuits. For the introduction point, this
commit actually adds the support for handling those circuits when opened and
sending ESTABLISH_INTRO on a circuit.

Rendevzou point circuit aren't supported yet at this commit.

c086a59ea1 prop224: Configure v3 service from options
This commit adds the support in the HS subsystem for loading a service from a
set of or_options_t and put them in a staging list.

To achieve this, service accessors have been created and a global hash map
containing service object indexed by master public key. However, this is not
used for now. It's ground work for registration process.

02e2edeb33 prop224: Add hs_config.{c|h} with a refactoring
Add the hs_config.{c|h} files contains everything that the HS subsystem needs
to load and configure services. Ultimately, it should also contain client
functions such as client authorization.

This comes with a big refactoring of rend_config_services() which has now
changed to only configure a single service and it is stripped down of the
common directives which are now part of the generic handler.

This is ground work for prop224 of course but only touches version 2 services
and add XXX note for version 3.

0565f5a3bb hs: Make the service list pruning function public
The reason for making the temporary list public is to keep it encapsulated in
the rendservice subsystem so the prop224 code does not have direct access to
it and can only affect it through the rendservice pruning function.

It also has been modified to not take list as arguments but rather use the
global lists (main and temporary ones) because prop224 code will call it to
actually prune the rendservice's lists. The function does the needed rotation
of pointers between those lists and then prune if needed.

In order to make the unit test work and not completely horrible, there is a
"impl_" version of the function that doesn't free memory, it simply moves
pointers around. It is directly used in the unit test and two setter functions
for those lists' pointer have been added only for unit test.

4ed10e5053 hs: Fix bad use of sizeof() when encoding ESTABLISH_INTRO legacy cell
When encoding a legacy ESTABLISH_INTRO cell, we were using the sizeof() on a
pointer instead of using the real size of the destination buffer leading to an
overflow passing an enormous value to the signing digest function.
Fortunately, that value was only used to make sure the destination buffer
length was big enough for the key size and in this case it always was because
of the overflow.

f80a43d16f Stop ignoring hidden service key anonymity when first starting tor
Instead, refuse to start tor if any hidden service key has been used in
a different hidden service anonymity mode.

Fixes bug 20638; bugfix on 17178 in 0.2.9.3-alpha; reported by ahf.

The original single onion service poisoning code checked poisoning state
in options_validate, and poisoned in options_act. This was problematic,
because the global array of hidden services had not been populated in
options_validate (and there were ordrering issues with hidden service
directory creation).

This patch fixes this issue in rend_service_check_dir_and_add, which:
* creates the directory, or checks permissions on an existing directory, then
* checks the poisoning state of the directory, then
* poisons the directory.

When validating, only the permissions checks and the poisoning state checks
are perfomed (the directory is not modified).

b560f852f2 Implement Prop #260: Single Onion Services
Add experimental OnionServiceSingleHopMode and
OnionServiceNonAnonymousMode options. When both are set to 1, every
hidden service on a tor instance becomes a non-anonymous Single Onion
Service. Single Onions make one-hop (direct) connections to their
introduction and renzedvous points. One-hop circuits make Single Onion
servers easily locatable, but clients remain location-anonymous.
This is compatible with the existing hidden service implementation, and
works on the current tor network without any changes to older relays or
clients.

Implements proposal #260, completes ticket #17178. Patch by teor & asn.

squash! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! fixup! Implement Prop #260: Single Onion Services

Redesign single onion service poisoning.

When in OnionServiceSingleHopMode, each hidden service key is poisoned
(marked as non-anonymous) on creation by creating a poison file in the
hidden service directory.

Existing keys are considered non-anonymous if this file exists, and
anonymous if it does not.

Tor refuses to launch in OnionServiceSingleHopMode if any existing keys
are anonymous. Similarly, it refuses to launch in anonymous client mode
if any existing keys are non-anonymous.

Rewrite the unit tests to match and be more comprehensive.
Adds a bonus unit test for rend_service_load_all_keys().

7c7bb8b97e Refactor rend_services_introduce()
The reasoning for refactoring this function is that removing the
introduction point adaptative algorithm (#4862) ended up changing quite a
bit rend_services_introduce(). Also, to fix some open issues (#8239, #8864
and #13483), this work had to be done.

First, this removes time_expiring variable in an intro point object and
INTRO_POINT_EXPIRATION_GRACE_PERIOD trickery and use an expiring_nodes list
where intro nodes that should expire are moved to that list and cleaned up
only once the new descriptor is successfully uploaded. The previous scheme
was adding complexity and arbitrary timing to when we expire an intro point.
We keep the intro points until we are sure that the new descriptor is
uploaded and thus ready to be used by clients. For this,
rend_service_desc_has_uploaded() is added to notify the HS subsystem that
the descriptor has been successfully uploaded. The purpose of this function
is to cleanup the expiring nodes and circuits if any.

Secondly, this adds the remove_invalid_intro_points() function in order to
split up rend_services_introduce() a bit with an extra modification to it
that fixes #8864. We do NOT close the circuit nor delete the intro point if
the circuit is still alive but the node was removed from the consensus. Due
to possible information leak, we let the circuit and intro point object
expire instead.

Finally, the whole code flow is simplified and large amount of documentation
has been added to mostly explain the why of things in there.

0cb921f3e9 Convert all include-guard macros to avoid reserved identifiers.
In C, we technically aren't supposed to define our own things that
start with an underscore.

This is a purely machine-generated commit. First, I ran this script

    my $f = $fn;

	    next FILE;

    }
}

print "#!/usr/bin/perl -w -i -p\n\n";
for my $fn (@ARGV) {
    if (! exists $macros{$fn}) {
	print "# No macro known for $fn!\n" if (!$skipped{$fn});
	next;
    }
    if ($macros{$fn} !~ /_H_?$/) {
