Nick Mathewson	ee253e392a	Define a "storagedir" abstraction to hold numerous similar files ... We could use one of these for holding "junk" descriptors and unparseable things -- but we'll _need_ it for having cached consensuses and diffs between them.	2017-03-16 16:01:59 -04:00
