Support unix: prefix in port configuration
It's now possible to use SocksPort or any other kind of port that can use a Unix socket like so: SocksPort unix:/foo/bar/unix.sock Fixes #14451 Signed-off-by: David Goulet <dgoulet@ev0ke.net>
