From aa4f86dafa25e03fa5e2a17aa78e05bd0923664f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Peter Palfrader Date: Mon, 21 Jan 2008 14:44:56 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] postinst: Remove the check that requires the debian-tor user to have a uid between 100 and 999. There is no good reason to require this. If the local admin moves the system users/uid-space to some other range then they probably have a good reason for that. svn:r13205 --- debian/changelog | 9 +++++++++ debian/tor.postinst | 9 --------- 2 files changed, 9 insertions(+), 9 deletions(-) diff --git a/debian/changelog b/debian/changelog index 0b46dde0b1..764b316ca7 100644 --- a/debian/changelog +++ b/debian/changelog @@ -1,3 +1,12 @@ +tor (0.2.0.17-alpha-1+svn) experimental; urgency=low + + * postinst: Remove the check that requires the debian-tor user + to have a uid between 100 and 999.
