Use raw strings for regexs containing escapes

In Python 3.12, these invalid escape sequences emit SyntaxWarnings, and will
emit SyntaxErrors in a future release.

Found using: grep '[^r]["'\''].*\\[^rn\\x0t"]' $(grep -rl '^#!.*python')
