o Minor bugfix (OpenBSD):
- Use "OpenBSD" pre-defined compiler macro instead of "OPENBSD" or
"__OpenBSD__". It is supported by OpenBSD itself and also most OpenBSD
variants like Bitrig. Fixes bug 20980.
