picked this up as a volunteer
but the quality will be intact

did this because researched a lot about this (and way too much about sex hormones and physical health but unrelated to the blog) and this thing had a very big impact on my life probably

Add parallels to cold showers, as we are talking about similar things

  • Type 2 diabetes: help preventing diabetes by raising your insulin sensitivity by practicing daily cold showers (link to the cold showers tutorial)
  • Dopamine levels: to help yourself start the day with great motivation, practicing cold showers is great for gradual mood elevation, as your body heats up post-cold exposure (link to the cold showers tutorial)

all good for the most part good criticism, but at the end we need to add a section focusing on the actual solution mentionning the best foods to eat for cerebral activity and high energy: see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8XyMsmH2lA

goal is to focus on the foods that get digested the fastest while also providing the most energy for the body. Your brain functions at it's best when the stomach has finished digesting

didn't understand the last part in "preparing the body" imo the steps to do are :

  • switch at least 50% of your diet to vegetables and fruits
  • switch at least 75% of your diet to vegetables and fruits
  • then see if you can switch to a totally vegetarian diet
  • proteins and sugar are fine if it comes from the right food, such as fruits
  • also see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEA2puiERK0 for additional tips

fruits --> fructose + fertilizers
veggies --> many estrogenic + fertilizers

The fructose increases brainfog by a lot.

I'm adding eggs as superfoods

I don't really think veggies to 75% is like really good

Sure if you're vegetarian yep but by default Huberman, Anthony Jay, High Intensity workout and many research papers from their colleges state eggs etc to be good

Also by the steps of blood test etc ig I thought of making different sections for obese people, normal people, skinny people, people with less/more hormones, vegetarians, vegans

I can remove that if its too much for this blog

yeah there are studies, but the goal is not to give some "this is the right diet !" idea is to tell people what they should avoid mostly.

Whats important to me is as follows:

  • your body should digest what you're consumming quickly
  • and after you have digested it your body should feel energized, not dull

simply based on this you will naturally avoid meat for example due to how long it takes to digest, and how dull you feel afterward, not a matter of preference here it's simply based on the 2 parameters above.

A simple way to look at it is, the human is the most evolved species on the planet right now, the easiest thing that your body is able to break down and assimilate are the lifeforms that are furthest away from you, quite simply veggies and fruits do the trick very well. the worst thing you could eat is literally human meat, that in particular would take forever to digest, not good at all

yea feel free to add eggs too
