Must be done from inside a whonix VM, using a decentralised exchange. Haveno can do it.
Showcase how to setup a btc wallet, and how to trade your monero in exchange for some btc.
from there they have acquired some BTC anonymously. Now depending on where they use it, (if that btc touches a KYC platform) they will know who's the owner of that BTC account.
