remove the outdated localmonero tutorial
remove the not working cli wallet tutorial (or keep it optional at the bottom)
if you have no monero at all, check out this tutorial (get your first monero)
if you have at least 0.11 XMR go buy monero on haveno check out this tutorial (haveno tutorial)

I could improve this.
Here's what I'do:

Maintain current Monero GUI wallet tutorial.
Add Feather wallet tutorial (also show how to add custom node)
Move LocalMonero tutorial to dedicated page (as stated in current page, for archiving purposes)
Add redirects to the other 2 pages
Add MultiSig tutorial (done via CLI, OPTIONAL: add reference to DarkMatter market as it has a MultiSig practice)
