  1. remove the outdated localmonero tutorial
  2. remove the not working cli wallet tutorial (or keep it optional at the bottom)
  3. if you have no monero at all, check out this tutorial (get your first monero)
  4. if you have at least 0.11 XMR go buy monero on haveno check out this tutorial (haveno tutorial)
