i didnt brainstorm this one yet, but the reasoning is as follows:

To be explained:
-the ideal place to get your monero is on haveno DEX (uncensorable, ungovernable, etc) but to transact there you need at least 0.11 XMR to transact bigger fiat -> XMR transactions (the chicken and egg problem that came from Bisq 1)

so the question is where can you get your first 0.11 XMR

To be showcased:
-crypto swaps: https://kycnot.me/?t=exchange unstoppable swap to swap some BTC to XMR for example
-work for monero: xmrbazaar.com -> do something to get some monero, link to https://xmrbazaar.com/listing/UsWA/ and https://blog.nowhere.moe/opsec/contribute/index.html
-p2p trade chats: there is this one https://matrix.to/#/#getyourfirstxmr:monero.social, but ideally if you know one from SimpleX that's better.
