impossible ? as the main constraint here is that you need to give a physical address to get your mail shipped there, which is one way or another tied to your name:

you own a house : legal documents that attest that you are the house owner
you rent an appartment : same, the landlord knows you are the current renter
you use a PO Box (in the US) : these all have KYC in place to know who's using PO Boxes. Probably same thing in europe
