there needs to be a more detailed backup procedure example
1 open up the sensitive VMs
2 open up the hidden volume
3 connect the USB keys
4 run the backup bashscript
5 close the hidden volume + the sensitive VMs
6 disperse the 3 USB keys in 3 NEW hidden locations (link to tutorial regarding outdoors anonymity, no phones to prevent location tracking !)
7 retrieve the 3 previous usb keys in the previous hidden locations, and wipe them with secure wipe
to be added too : backing up your simplex files (~/.simplex/)
