In the topics that you have picked up, you need to list what are the category of those tasks, and the tasks within them:

Go over the current project status:

Identify what can be added: feed it into the todo list
Identify what can be improved : feed it into the todo list
Identify what can be removed : also feed it into the todo list
identify what it will impact and take it into account

Assess the time it takes to complete the entire project on your own, and then bandwidth-wise, check if you're overworked and if you need to scale down operations, or if you can afford to scale them up
