add a section titled "how to protect against a DDoS" >> mention how to enable the PoW DDOS protection in torrc
#18 see how to edit torrc for it here: https://github.com/haveno-dex/haveno/blob/master/seednode/torrc#L126
(works out of the box, hence easy addition)

I could do this. I'd follow the guidelines and include a reference to them, I'd also explain the "main" settings.
