<h2><b>Initial Setup </b></h2>
<p>Lets' buy a domain at a <ahref="https://kycnot.me/services?type=DOMAINS"> non-KYC registrar</a> that isn't <ahref="https://www.trustpilot.com/review/njal.la">njal.la</a>. So for this tutorial i'll use <ahref="https://www.trustpilot.com/review/incognet.io">incognet.io</a>, and make sure you access their website using the tor browser:</p>
