<h2><b>Initial Setup </b></h2>
<p>Before starting, check if your ISP allows tor use or not. <b>And if it does not, make sure you install a VPN to hide the fact that you're using Tor</b> as we did previously <a href="../vpn/index.html">here</a>:</p>
